Maine’s SuperEd Network 2001-2006
Maine’s Super Ed Network was made up of 15 statewide, non-profit organizations that
shared the common purpose of helping educators provide all students with high quality,
meaningful instructional experiences.
The SuperEd Network was formed in 2001 to increase members’ visibility and find
opportunities for innovation and synergy.
Each of these organizations supplies creative approaches and well-researched products
and services to support schools. They represent an impressive array of multi-disciplinary and interdisciplinary ideas, proven models and professional expertise. They offer a broad and diverse set of content and process services such as:
- Professional development services;
- Curriculum, instruction, and assessment resources;
- Technology support;
- Instructional models and approaches;
- Assistance with standards-based reform;
- And, other types of innovations and interventions.
